That's right kids! You can get badly dehydrated when you only and exclusively drink reverse osmosis water for four months or less. Then you are thirsty no matter how much of it you drink and it gets worse and worse. Here's why: You've washed out all of your very necessary electrolytes. I can't do the full dosage without gagging so I just take less and call it good. I do 5-6 drops instead and hide it in Harney and Sons Cinnamon Green Tea which I make into an ice tea. I use this very strong flavored tea to hide my other tincture supplements too (vit d, K/E, and zinc) so I think of it as a morning tonic and use it to take my other pill supplements. I'm also taking a homeopathic Cell Salt Combo product to help with the absorption of the trace minerals because my leaky gut situation is not allowing me to get the full benefits of this product yet.
