It works!

Actually works! Since I have starting using this in my Kroger water, I have completely cut out coffee and pop. This gives me enough energy and it amazing how the water actually stays in your system instead of immediately being expelled. Yes, it does taste pretty bad but you just have to find the sweet spot of how many drops to use. I usually put 20 drops in my 16oz water and it tastes fine.

Essential hydration without bad chemicals and additives

Been using this with all filtered water I drink since dehydration episodes FROM reverse osmosis water. That's right kids! You can get badly dehydrated when you only and exclusively drink reverse osmosis water for four months or less. Then you are thirsty no matter how much of it you drink and it gets worse and worse. Here's why: You've washed out all of your very necessary electrolytes. You MUST have electrolytes for your body to signal and function! Nobody talks about the reverse osmosis filters cleaning out everything bad and good. You have to add back some electrolytes. There are many important ones. This formula just has a couple, but I still use it in all my water and no more dehydration.

Leaky package but otherwise, getting the job done

I've never tried trace minerals so I'm not sure if all of them are like this but boy, not tasty at all. I can't do the full dosage without gagging so I just take less and call it good. I do 5-6 drops instead and hide it in Harney and Sons Cinnamon Green Tea which I make into an ice tea. I use this very strong flavored tea to hide my other tincture supplements too (vit d, K/E, and zinc) so I think of it as a morning tonic and use it to take my other pill supplements. I'm also taking a homeopathic Cell Salt Combo product to help with the absorption of the trace minerals because my leaky gut situation is not allowing me to get the full benefits of this product yet. I'll keep at it as my digestive tract heals.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but these minerals have changed my life. I can absolutely feel it when I forget to take them for a couple of days. I stay hydrated, because of that I don’t have food cravings during the day. I have struggled with constipation my entire life. I was just MINERAL DEFICIENT! So, I’m hydrated, satiated, energetic, sleeping well, pooping like God intended and these are a non negotiable !! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I Use about 20 drops per liter of water without any bitter taste. They work well in black coffee as well, but I drink about 40 drops a day.

Great Minerals

I’m just now on my 3rd week of this and I’m showing much needed improvements for my health. When adding drops the instructions so very unclear to how much water to add it too. My personal experience is adding 25 drop's to a 24 oz. drinking bottle, in which I will sip on all day to finish it. It makes the water taste so fresh! I love it.

Get Minerals for Energy

Best product ever! If you lack energy, you might be missing some minerals that are needed for chemical processes in the body. My brother is a runner and he recovered a serious lack of energy with this product. I would not be with out it on hand. I don't use it every day, but cycle occasionally as needed. LOVE it! Note newer bottle design.

Honestly I absolutely love this product! Due to my autoimmune disease I was not able to eat for a couple of days at a time and this kept me hydrated! Without the drops I would get lightheaded so easily but with the drops I am able to stay focus and concentrated on my fasting.

What an easy way to get your minerals in your diet. I put a couple drops of This every time I fill up my water bottle. Which is a lot. I drink a lot of water. If you drink less water, you should probably put more drops in. It is also also good for regularity because it has magnesium.
