This has been my go-to lately. It definitely has a saltier flavor than most electrolytes (Gatorade, liquid iv, etc) but I just add more water. I love the flavor and it helps me replenish better than most. I’m a professional athlete/trainer who saunas and runs often so it’s been hard to find a tasty high salt electrolyte powder. I’ve been recommending this one to all my friends.( It is not salty to the point where you throw it up, if you add more water than recommended the flavor is nice & faintly sweet) I love the berry lemonade flavor.

After reading the reviews about the salty taste, I decided to dilute it in more than 16 fl oz, but the bottle I found was only 20 fl oz. However, the taste was totally fine for me and I didn’t feel that it’s too salty or anything like that. The packaging states that you should add it to at least 16 fl oz and up to 32 fl oz, so don’t try to add it to a cup of water.If you are on a low sodium diet then you need to be cautious because it contains 1000mg of sodium, and that’s close to half of the recommended daily value.It mixed easily with water — just shook the bottle a couple if times and it was all mixed with the water.All in all it’s good for hydration with added minerals.

I just love the taste of these Salty Watermelon Electrolyte drink mix. When I started drinking this I felt so much more alert and I didn’t seem to be as tired as I have been. I have been sleeping throughout the night and waking up rested. Even though I drink water everyday I still seemed dehydrated so now I drink one packed a day which is enough for 32oz of water as a preventative for dehydration and I feel so much more alert than I have in a long time. This drink mix is easy to use and even easier to consume. Just add it to you water and enjoy.

I try to incorporate electrolytes into at least one of my waters each day. These packets are very convenient and dissolve within a minute or so leaving just a bit of sediment. The flavor is unusual as it does indeed have a salty flavor but I like it. My wife does not care for it. Good blend of ingredients to help keep the body hydrated during strenuous activity.Recommended!

It got this because I thought it would compare to another electrolyte packet drink I consume when I’m ill or when I need significant hydration boost. I have pictured comparison of what I typically use and the nutrition differences.This is sweetened with Stevia. And has 1000 mg of sodium per packet.This says to mix with 16-32 ounces of water. I started with 16 oz and quickly added more water to dilute, as the salt is intense. I will also note: the particles did not all dissolve. So be prepared for grittiness in the liquid.I would say in terms of taste, I don’t love it. But it is sugar free - and the competitor that I drink has cane sugar. Also in terms of price, it’s fairly similar with what I usually drink.I won’t repurchase mainly because drinking 32 oz of this not so great tasting, not completely dissolved drink isn’t something I want to do when sick, hungover, or after strenuous activity.

This powder supplement arrived on time. I am using this powder in water before my workouts and on days I am not working out, I use it before a walk. The powder dissolves very quickly and has a very nice flavor. I do feel it gives me the extra boost I look for in my activities. For now, I am using this Trace Mineral powder in place of the previous beverage I was taking to the gym. It gives me a much better value for what I am seeking.

Don't make my mistake and mix with 16 ozs of water - soooo salty! I am sensitive to salt because I don't salt my food in general, so the first sip of this water really shocked me. I kept telling myself I needed to drink this because it was good for me after my 45-minute fast-paced walk in 90-degree weather this morning.- My suggestion is to mix it with at least 32 oz of water to make it palatable.- Difficult to dissolve in a glass with a spoon, I recommend using a fitness bottle with a cap so you can shake it vigorously to dissolve the product.- Flavor-wise, I noticed the salt up front and then it finished with a mild watermelon note. Sounds like I am using wine descriptions here...LOL.- I can't substantiate any of the health claims made here, but I do recognize that it is important to replace minerals and salts after sweating heavily. This helps me accomplish this. In the past, I have used Gatorade or other products and they are mild in comparison.- Rather expensive (about $1 a pack) but I am getting at least two bottles with one pack, so then it seems reasonable. I appreciate them giving me an opportunity to try their product, but probably wouldn't reorder and would use an off-the-shelf hydration product in the future.

I think the saltiness is more prominent than the orange flavor. I made my glass according to the”medium” strength by mixing 24oz of water to one packet. 1000mg of salt would be hard to hide, if not impossible. I sipped on it for about an hour & I think it really helped hydrate me. I feel much more alert after consuming this drink… I had not done anything else during this time frame. Would recommend.

There are a lot of options out there if you want to add electrolytes to your water to help with hydration. This "salty orange" flavored Zerolyte brand hits the spot for me.Taste wise it's as described -- it's a salty/briny orange flavor. Nothing too extreme. Not too sweet. Not too salty. Just hits the spot when you want to up your hydration game with something other than plain water.I work out a lot and in the warmer months sweat a ton, so adding the electrolytes I'm sweating out back in always helps me to feel better.In this package, you get 30 individually wrapped servings/sleeves of the powder. You can drop one in your pocket or gym bag and go with this. I just put it in my water bottle, give it a shake and it's blended perfectly. No scooping. No measuring. I like that.Price wise it's a little more than a dollar per serving. While that is costly, you're getting the ease of these being individually wrapped and measured. Having had other electrolytes I had to measure out, I kind of prefer this. It's just more convenient.I love that I'm getting Magnesium, Salt, and Potassium and then they added in the Concentrace Minerals. It's a lot of good stuff for someone who is active and working up a sweat.While the price may seem a bit high to some, I think this is a 5-star product. I love the taste, the ingredients, and the convenience these offer.
